Built for kids. Useful for everyone.
Track migraines. Share with your doctor. Keep it private.
Migraine Logger started as something I built for my daughter — a simple, private way to track her migraines so we had something useful to bring to her appointments. No accounts to create, no ads, no tracking.
Open the app, pick the time, choose how bad it was — Mild, Bad, or Severe — add an optional note, and tap Log. That's it. You can be done in under ten seconds.
The History screen shows a calendar heatmap color-coded by severity, so you can see at a glance whether migraines are clustering around certain days or times. Filter by the last 7 days, month, 3 months, year, or all time.
Export your log as a formatted PDF or CSV — filtered by date range — and share it directly from the app. It's the kind of summary a doctor actually finds useful.
Choose from 12 accent colors, switch between light and dark mode, or set a wallpaper. Get a gentle nudge with an optional daily 7 PM check-in notification — long-press to answer Yes or No without even opening the app.
Your data is encrypted on your device before it leaves it. Only you can decrypt it. The backup is yours, stored in your own iCloud, not on our server.
Optionally enable a daily 7 PM notification. It asks one question: "Did you have a migraine today?" Long-press to answer without opening the app.
