Substruct LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Morning Pushups mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with your use of the App.

Information We Collect

We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal information about you.

The App operates entirely locally on your devices (iPhone and Apple Watch). All settings, preferences, and configuration data are stored only on your devices using:

• Local device storage (UserDefaults)
• App Groups (to sync between your iPhone and Apple Watch)
• iCloud (only if you enable iCloud sync for your device backups)

Tips

If you choose to tip the developer, the transaction is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to:

• Your payment information
• Your billing address
• Your purchase history
• Any other personal data related to transactions

Apple may collect and process this information according to their privacy policy. Your purchase entitlements are synced across your devices via your Apple ID using Apple's standard StoreKit framework.

Data Storage

All app data remains on your devices:

• Settings and preferences: Stored locally on your iPhone and Apple Watch
• Purchases: Managed by Apple's StoreKit
• Progress and data: Stored locally on your iPhone and Apple Watch, and in your private iCloud backups.

We do not have servers, databases, or any infrastructure that stores your information.

Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The only third-party service interaction is Apple's App Store for in-app purchases.

Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13. The App is rated 4+ and suitable for all ages.

Your Rights

Since we don't collect your data, there's no data for you to access, modify, or delete from our servers. You can:

• Delete the App to remove all local data from your devices
• Manage your iCloud backups through iOS Settings
• Contact Apple regarding purchase history and payment information

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the App and updating the "Effective Date" above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
